This survey is a qualitative survey conducted to deepen the understanding of targeted consumers.
Interview surveys are classified into two types, “depth interview” and “group interview”, depending on the method. In “depth interview”, interviewers spend a lot of time listening to the subjects on a one-on-one basis. In “group interview”, multiple survey subjects are invited to gather and exchange opinions with each other to seek new discoveries.
